Situated in the parish of Ugborough near Ivybridge, Piles Peek is a Grade II listed Devon longhouse dating back to the 16th century or even earlier and once part of a former farmstead that is mentioned in the Domesday book.

We were asked to carry out re-pointing using a natural lime mortar to the rear elevation along with replacing slate sills to some of the windows.

Other works carried out here included building back the stonework to the top of a well situated in the garden, a door opening alteration and also taking down and completely re-building one of the chimney stacks.
